			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was telling a friend two days ago, whose company is manufacturing in China and thus is shipping goods within China, that they&#8217;d better worry about the traffic restrictions in Beijing during &#8211; and <em>before</em> and <em>after</em> the Olympics&#8230; Then she gave a call to their Beijing Branch office and was told by a lovely voice &#8220;delivery by truck until is <strong>not</strong> possible until&#8230; September !&#8221;</p>

<p>Despite the various warning issued by various Blogs such as <a title="Why Beijing’s Vehicle Restrictions are Important For You" href="http://www.allroadsleadtochina.com/index.php/2008/06/22/why-beijings-vehicle-restrictions-are-important-for-you/" target="_blank">All Road Lead To China</a>, <a title="More on factory shutdowns in Beijing region " href="http://www.chinaherald.net/2008/06/more-on-factory-shutdowns-in-beijing.html" target="_blank">China Herald</a> and the national press, it seems that the news has been greatly unaccounted.</p>
<p>So if you don&#8217;t want your containers filled with your prefered bottles of wine stuck somewhere for quite a long period of time, you&#8217;d better check this out.</p>
