Olympics and traffic disruptions

I was telling a friend two days ago, whose company is manufacturing in China and thus is shipping goods within China, that they’d better worry about the traffic restrictions in Beijing during – and before and after the Olympics… Then she gave a call to their Beijing Branch office and was told by a lovely voice “delivery by truck until is not possible until… September !”

Simple as this.

Despite the various warning issued by various Blogs such as All Road Lead To China, China Herald and the national press, it seems that the news has been greatly unaccounted.

So if you don’t want your containers filled with your prefered bottles of wine stuck somewhere for quite a long period of time, you’d better check this out.
